US Sales Associate (Cold Caller)
Our India office in Indore is where our US sales team sits. This is a new team, built from the ground up — the first 10 people we hire will set its culture.

About the role
We are not a call-centre. Every person you call has already applied for funding and is expecting a call. You will introduce Enrichment Capital, understand their business and capital needs, qualify the application, collect documents, and hand qualified files to the funding team. You keep your pipeline moving daily and the CRM accurate, and you hit a daily activity target and a monthly target on qualified files.
Must have
- Fluent, confident spoken English with a clear, neutral accent — you will be talking to Americans all night.
- The ability to hold a conversation with a stranger, handle "not interested", and keep going. Resilience is the job.
- Discipline: on time, every shift, headset on at 6:30 PM. No exceptions.
- Comfortable on a computer — CRM, email, Google Sheets, typing while talking.
- Basic understanding of what a small business is and how it makes money.
Good to have
- 1–3 years in an international voice process, US B2B sales, or US collections / banking process.
- Experience with business loans, merchant cash advance, or any financial product.
- Night-shift experience.
Freshers: if you have no experience but an outstanding command of English and the confidence to pick up the phone, apply. We will train you. Attitude and discipline matter more to us than your resume.
